1-      I have read the CYSA Code of Conduct. I understand the code and will follow it 100%

 

2-      I understand that if given a red card or being asked to leave any CYSA sanctioned game I will automatically be suspended from all team activities (practices, meetings and games included) for two games.

 

3-      I understand that the referee is always correct and has complete control up to and including stopping any game, asking any player or spectator to leave, and keeping coach or player cards as they see fit.

 

4-      I will never go onto the playing field without the referee’s permission. I understand that this alone is good cause for dismissal from a game.

 

5-      I understand that I am responsible for the conduct of players, coaches and parents and must make an effort to control their actions at all times.

 

6-      I will never with words or actions threaten or imply a threat of violence of any kind towards a referee, coach, administrator, player or parent.   I understand that violation is immediate suspension for the rest of the current playing season.
